This blog is NOT about a number on a scale. It's about looking in that mirror and seeing a body you love. But if you want to change your body, it's up to YOU to do it. We all need some motivation, and this is mine. It's my motivation and it's my reminder that it won't come overnight, it won't come easy, and that if you want change, you've gotta WORK FOR IT

I’ve always been a little weary of having a calorie counter because I’m afraid I might become obsessed with counting, but I’ve decided to give it a shot and I think it’s for the best. Also, along with eating the right amount of cals today, I tried Boot Camp at my gym for the first time! To put it bluntly, it was hell. The good kind, of course :)
